From First Call to Strike

Tell Us About the Show
Dates, venue and what you need on site. The form on our contact page and a phone call work equally well — there is no wrong way in.

We Come Back With a Quote
We confirm scope and pricing for crew, equipment, transport, or all three together. If something in the brief is ambiguous we ask rather than assume.

We Lock It In
Once the quote is right we confirm the details and the booking is set.

Load-In and Show
Crew arrive for the call time. A labor coordinator runs schedules, breaks and logistics from setup through to strike, and our technicians handle setup and operation of anything you have rented.

Strike and Out
The site comes down the way it went up, gear goes back on our trucks, and we clear the venue on schedule.

The more of this you can share up front, the faster the quote comes back and the more accurate it is.

How Much Notice Do We Need?
The more the better, and we would rather hear about a show early and firm the detail up later than find out late. That said, short notice is worth a call: we are based in Salt Lake City with our crew and our warehouse in the same place, which is exactly the situation where being local counts. Plans also change once a show is booked, and our team is set up to adjust transportation and staffing with you rather than treat a change as a new job.
Booking One Thing, or All Three
You can hire crew without renting anything, rent equipment and run it with your own people, or book crew, gear and trucking together on one contract with one point of contact. Most of the work we do is somewhere in the middle.
