I’ve had the pleasure of working with Upstage for several years, primarily for Cougar Canyon which is our pregame party on football gamedays. They provide the stage where our bands perform, and several trusses that are used for branding and photo opportunity. They also help us with Fan Jam, which is our annual student concert/party. Everything is always sent up on time, correctly, and with attention to detail. Burke is super responsive and easy to work with. He stays ahead of things, is a good communicator, and is open to all ideas and even will bring new suggestions to the table to how to improve our events. The know-how the Upstage team has as far as event production is next level and helps me have the confidence that they are committed to the success of my events. Upstage is a massive part of our football gameday experience at BYU. I highly value my partnership with them and look forward to continuing to work with them for all high scale events in the future.
